The Keystone State Ride will be from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia September 9-14, 2024 to support cancer research at Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center. This van-supported six-day 400+ mile road bike tour averages 75 miles a day. Learn more at www.KeystoneStateRide.com.
