Our 2024 Annual Meeting will take place August 29, 5:30-8:30PM at the YS Brewery Barrel Room, 1475 Xenia Ave. Yellow Springs, OH. Yesterday, the hardworking Home, Inc. Staff paused to learn about the history of our area at Great Council State Park and to visit the new nonprofit Aspire Cafe. Now it's back to work - refreshed and inspired!

Have you ever had questions or been curious about Yellow Springs Home, Inc. and the work that it does? Questions about Community Land Trusts, Affordable Housing, how funding for affordable housing works, or how you can get involved in any of these conversations and initiatives? Please join us on Tuesday, 7/6, from 6-8p at the Coretta Scott King Center for Cultural and Intellectual Freedom on Antioch College's campus. We will discuss these things and more, including an opportunity for you to provide input to shape future projects! Delicious refreshments will be provided. If you have questions you'd like to have answered, now is the time - please email them to info@yshome.org at least 3 days before the event. We will do our best to answer any questions during the informational session.

We are looking for volunteers to assist with Street Fair paid parking on Saturday, June 8, 2024. MillWorks (305 N. Walnut Street) has generously offered to provide their main lawn and the adjacent lot for paid parking on Street Fair day, with all proceeds going to Yellow Springs Home, Inc. We are looking for 3-5 volunteers for each two-hour shift. We will have cold water, private bathroom access, seating, and free parking for the remainder of your time at Street Fair.
