What are the committment levels?

Youth - Commit to raising $150.  Available to kids ages 5 – 12. Reimbursement for the Trifest for MS Kids Triathlon. (Or race registration equivalent of $35)

 

Super Sprint to Sprint - Commit to raising $250. Reimbursement for TriFest for MS Super Sprint or Sprint Race (Or race registration equivalent of $50)

 

Olympic - Commit to raising $500.  Reimbursement for race registration for a single race up to the Olympic distance at Trifest for MS. (Or race registration equivalent of $85)

 

TriFesta - Commit to raising $750. Reimbursement for race registration up to the Trifesta level for Trifest for MS. (Or race registration equivalent of $150)

 

Half Ironman - Commit to raising $1500. Receive a Team Endurance tri kit, and race registration for a half ironman event. (Or race registration equivalent of $300)

 

Full Ironman - Commit to raising $3000. Receive a Team Endurance tri kit, and race registration for a full ironman event. (Or race registration equivalent of $800)

 

Custom - Perfect for the athlete looking to go above and beyond in their training and fundraising. Examples of past custom fundraising plans have been marathons, ultramarathons, cycling century races, and hiking events. Plan will be developed with the athlete and team management.

 

NEW in 2019 is the “TEMC” or Team Endurance MultiSport Club Team. This gives individuals a way to join our team as a club member without FundRacing. Sign up now for $150!

 

I want to change the commitment level I originally signed up for, how do I do this?

Please email support@ms-stride.org wth your name and new commitment level and we will make the change. 

How much does registration cost?

There is no fee to sign up to start fundraising.  If you do not want to fundraise and want to join TEMC, the cost is $150.

I did not complete my registration. How can I finish my registration at a later time?

An email was sent to your attention with a code and a URL to allow you to restart the registration.  If you click on the URL it will take you back to step 2 of registration, please confirm the data entered and continue your registration.  You can also enter the code in the email at the bottom of the screen after you hit the "Sign Up" button. (If you no longer have the email, please send a message to support@ms-stride.org indicating that you need your user name and password.)

I tried to sign in, but I do not know my user name and password. How do I get this information?

When you registered, you were emailed a confirmation letter. This letter contains both your user name and password. If you no longer have the email, please send a message to support@ms-stride.org indicating that you need your user name and password.

Can I change my user name and password to something I can easily remember?

Yes, sign in and go to your fundraising page.  From your page select *Login and hit enter.  You can then change your user name and/or password.

What should I do if nothing happens when I try to upload a photo to my fundraising page?

The ms-stride support team is available at support@ms-stride.org to upload your photo.The image is probably too large to upload.
