The United States Medical Soccer Team is traveling across the country this spring for practice sessions leading up to the World Medical Football Championships in Australia this July. Team members will be in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, May 18, 2024 to meet with local soccer enthusiasts and share their love of the game. Doctors from OhioHealth, The Ohio State University and the Columbus VA are part of the team. Since 2022, ASC has partnered with the City of Westerville Parks And Recreation, bringing outdoor adaptive cycling adventures to this central Ohio community. As one of ASC's neighborhood cycling hubs, Westerville has been an ideal location for weekly group rides. And our partnership with Westerville doesn't stop at cycling. In recognition of World Autism Awareness Day on April 2, ASC is proud to be a partner with the ASCO Autism Society Central Ohio (ASCO). Since 2018, ASC has provided kayaking and skiing adventures to ASCO members. Last year alone ASC served over 300 athletes with autism. Our partnership with ASCO runs deep and also includes year-round sports programming events and regional educational seminars that promote inclusion and adaptive sports in the community.
