Details

Team registration is $250 or $50 per person through Sunday, September 24th. Fundraising participants are free. Take advantage of our early bird registration fee of $200 if you register before August 14, 2023. 

  • Teams need a minimum of 5 people- one rider and four racers. Registration is $250 per team or $50 per person and closes on  September 24, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
  • You can pay for your entire team at once and have your teammates join later, or you can individually pay and join your team. But to start a new team, you need at least two people to secure your team's spot in this year's race!
  • A shared bed rental is included with each team this year, and a reserved bed rental can be purchased for an additional fee. Quantities are limited, so purchase today by adding to your cart. Restrictions apply for decorations on both bed types.
  • When registering, Team Captains will choose their Bed Racing Division- the options are Just for Fun, Competitive, and Not Racing. Teams will be grouped according to their division.
    • Just for Fun teams race for the fun and fundraising aspects of the event.
    • Competitive teams are athletic, elite and in it to win it. You want to make it to the finals, bring home the title in 2023, and also actively engage in the fundraising aspects of the race!
    • Not Racing is for virtual teams or groups that want to dress up in costume and raise funds. You can still participate but we will not seed your team into races.
  • T-shirts are guaranteed for bed racers and riders who register before August 14th. 
    • Available t-shirts for registrants after August 14th will be contingent on sizes. T-shirts are available for purchase for fundraising participants or other attendees. 

 

Registration Fees

Early Bird Team Registration - $200 thru 8-14-23 (Pay for early bird team registration. Includes a shared bed rental and t-shirts for all team members. You must sign up at least two people as team members today to use this option.) 

Team Registration - $250 after 8-14-23 (Pay for team registration. Includes a shared bed rental and t-shirts for all team members. You must sign up at least two people as team members today to use this option.)

Individual Bed Racer - $50 (Sign up and pay for ONE Bed Racer registration. Includes t-shirt.)

Fundraiser - Free (Sign up as a fundraising team member but do not race. T-shirt not included.)

 

Helpful Tips 

Additional family members can be added by selecting the green "Add Another Registrant" button during Step 3.  After you register, you can start your team or personal fundraising page by selecting the "Fundraising Page Set Up" button at the top of the online receipt.
