Introducing the Breakthrough Challenge!
The Breakthrough Bike Challenge Board of Directors is pleased to announce a new name that recognizes our multi-sport participants, including runners, spinners, cyclists, and walkers. The Breakthrough Challenge remains focused on donating 100% of participant-raised funds to support breakthrough cancer research at Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center.
The Breakthrough Challenge will host an in-person bike ride on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the Daniel Boone Homestead, offering three routes (50, 25, and 12 miles).
Leading up to the in-person bike ride, participants can join virtual events from Monday, September 5 – Sunday, September 18, 2022 for spinners, runners, walkers, and bikers on the Strava app. This virtual world allows for a global community to get involved with our cause, including friends and family both near and far.
