Team Zayde
When my wife Michelle and I formed Team Zayde in 2016, we did so to honor the memories of my father Jerry (who was “Zayde” - “grandfather” in Yiddish - to our kids) and her brother Richard, both of whom we lost to cancer in August of 2011.
Over the past eight years, our team has raised over $200,000 for cancer research and treatment, and this coming September, Michelle and I will be leading Team Zayde in the Breakthrough Challenge in support of the Abramson Cancer Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
The truth about cancer is that we have never been closer to a cure than we are right now. Still, this success is not guaranteed, and your contributions have never been more essential. And so, in honor of everyone in your life who has battled cancer, Michelle and I ask you to join Team Zayde and the Breakthrough Challenge in the ongoing fight against cancer.
